SOCCER GEAR HEADED TO IRAQ

Jahna and Michelle have successfully completed their first sports gear collection aimed at providing gently used sports gear to underprivileged youth.  All Geared Up most recently partnered with Highland School in Warrenton who sponsored a month long student driven drive.  In addition, All Geared Up collected from friends and family.  The soccer equipment from those collections will be going all the way to Muqdadiyah, Iraq, where Second US Army Lieutenant Wolf-Ekkehard Hindrichs from Loudoun County is leading an effort to get youth in the town where he is serving involved in sports and away from the daily violence.  10 brand new soccer balls, coaches whistles, clip boards and bright orange cones will be on their way later this week!  All Geared Up is working with Lieutenant Hindrichs, and will continue to send soccer gear that is collected to support these efforts in Iraq.

Highland Gear Collection

THANK YOU Highland School!!! Soccer gear will be shipped to Iraq and Lacrosse, Tennis and Golf equipment will be making it's way to kids through Fauquier County Youth Sports! Collection Dates: May and June 2009
